In the event that you are not, we offer returns and exchanges if requested within 5 days of delivery. All refunds will be made to the original form of payment.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please note the following:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in
- The item must be in the original packaging, with all original tags and labels intact
- Proof of purchase is required to complete any returns and exchanges
- Any return or exchange requests made more than 5 days after delivery will not be accepted
- Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable
- All shipping costs for returns and exchanges will be borne by the client and shipping charges paid for the original purchase will not be refunded
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow the below process:
- Complete the e-mail form enclosed
- We will respond to your e-mail with details on where to ship the item(s). Once your items have been dispatched, please e-mail us with the delivery details.
- Upon receipt, we will inspect all garments. We will notify you over e-mail of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange, as well as any refund details if relevant.
- Any refunds due will be processed once returns/exchanges have been approved, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 working days. For exchanges, we will send out your replacement item to the address of your choosing (shipping costs will be applied).
